Petty theft: EB Games in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported four males came into the store and stole an XBox 360, the hard drive but not the accessories. The employee gave police the license plate number of the truck they left in. The report was taken at 5:15pm.
Petty theft: Safeway grocery store in the Tennant Station shopping center reported a teen stole $54 in makeup and was released to her father. The report was taken at 5:55pm.
Vandalism: A Morgan Hill resident reported that a female she knows just broke her car window while she was parked at the Taco Bell. She told police the female is jealous because she is friends with the female’s boyfriend. The report was taken at 7:48pm.

Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported someone stole a stereo and speakers from their unlocked Mustang while it was parked at West Dunne Avenue and Barnell Avenue. The report was taken at 10:56pm.
Nov. 14
Embezzlement: An employee of Thomas Plumbing on San Pedro Avenue reported that another employee was given a check to get an oil change for a company vehicle, but, she told police, he wrote the check to himself for $300. The report was taken at 8:07am.
