Dec. 4

Grand theft: A Cosmo Avenue resident reported her son, who is on probation, is stealing money from her bank account, possibly as much as $450. The report was taken at 11:35am.

Auto burglary: Someone stole two purses from of an unlocked Pontiac parked on San Juan Drive. The report was taken at 12:55pm.

Threats: A Preservation Way resident reported her ex-boyfriend is threatening to kill her, and she told police she is not sure if he will follow through on the threats. Teh report was taken at 2:29pm.

Dec. 6

Identity theft: A San Luis Way resident reported he co-signed a loan for a cousin six years ago, and now the cousin is using his information to apply for several other loans. The report was taken at 8:55am.

Child abuse: A child reported to police that his mother’s boyfriend, who is not supposed to be living with them, has been “hitting him on the arm.” The report was taken at 4:09pm.

Auto burglary: A Honda and a Ford Explorer were broken into while parked at the 24 Hour Fitness Club in the Tennant Station shopping center. A witness reportedly saw the break-in happen and wrote down the license plate number of a van with “at least three subjects” in it that the witness believed were involved. The report was taken at 7:56pm.

Arrests:

Charlie A. Roe, 36, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken on Nov. 23 at 1:06am.

Huguette A. Bohbot, 56, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken at 7:20pm on Nov. 27.

Marjorie D. Morgan, 40, was cited and released for alleged grand theft. The report was taken on Nov. 29 at 2:39pm.

Sidney A. Enck, Sr., 42, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged petty theft with a prior conviction. The report was taken on Dec. 2 at 5:34pm.

Two males, ages 16 and 17, were cited and released for alleged petty theft after they allegedly stole a tip jar from Starbucks. The report was taken on Nov. 26 at 5:05pm.

Ernest J. Beltrano, 45, was cited and released on suspicion of driving under the influence. The report was taken at 7:58pm on Dec. 1.

Jorge A. Cortina, 40, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged theft and an outstanding warrant. The report was taken on Dec. 4 at 3:47pm.

A 30-year-old man was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged spousal battery. The report was taken at 6:45pm on Dec. 4.

Steven J. Schmuhl, 21, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for allegedly making terrorist threats. The report was taken on Dec. 4 at 7:13pm.

Hector M. Rivera, 22, was cited and released for allegedly driving without a valid driver’s license. The report was taken at 7: 58pm on Dec. 4.

Lucila Mora, 25, and Candida Gonzalez, 23, were cited and released for alleged theft. The report was taken on Dec. 5 at 4:31pm.

Alfred Catano, 38, was booked into Santa Clara County Jail for alleged theft and an outstanding warrant. The report was taken at 9:42pm on Dec. 6.
