n Vandalism: A construction company reported a home under construction on Via Vivaldi was broken into over the weekend, and all the electrical wiring was cut. The report was taken at 8:12am.

n Vandalism: A Morgan Hill resident reported he stores his vehicles in the driveway of a neighbor on Fifth Street. He told police this arrangement was okay with the female half of the owners, but the male came over last night and “flipped out on the wife” and shattered the windows of both vehicles, a Ford van and a “box truck.” The report was taken at 8:45am.

n Suspicious vehicle: An employee of one of the businesses in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported a male in a Saturn has been circling the parking lot for an hour, also the day before, making comments to all the females in the parking lot. The report was taken at 11:02am.

n Burglary: A resident of the 17600 block of Grand Prix Way reported she returned home to find the upstairs rooms of her home had been “gone through,” and that the back door to the garage had been opened. She was not sure at the time of the report, which was approximately 30 minutes after she came home, what was missing. The report was taken at 8:19pm.

September 20

n Battery: A Morgan Hill resident reported he was meeting a female at the Snow White Drive Inn on Monterey Road and was hit in the face by two males, known to the resident. The report was taken at 1:46am.

n Vandalism: A Morgan Hill resident reported the tires of their vehicle, parked at MH Discount Cleaners on Monterey Road, were slashed overnight. The report was taken at 8:19am.

n Grand theft: Plan View Exhibits on Digital Drive reported metal racks valued at approximately $7,500 were stolen from behind the warehouse overnight. The report was taken at 1:38pm.

n Vandalism: Feathered Nest on Monterey Road reported a small bullet hole in a window of the business. The report was taken at 7:41pm.

September 21

n Vandalism: A resident of the Village Avante Apartment Homes reported three of their vehicles’ tires were slashed overnight, a Mustang, a Ford Fiesta and a Buick Cutlass. The report was taken at 5:39am.

n Vandalism: A resident of the Monte Vista Apartments reported three weeks ago her rear window was shot out by a BB gun. She repaired the window, and now her front window has been shot out. The report was taken at 8:54am.

n Stolen vehicle: South County Chevrolet on Laurel Road reported a Chevy Equinox was last seen on the lot on Aug. 1, and no one had permission to take the vehicle. The report was taken at 3:35pm.

September 23

n Vandalism: Shadow Hill Home Owners Association reported someone vandalized the access panel to the gate overnight. The report was taken at 10:24am.

n Burglary: A resident of the 17000 Depot Street reported someone removed a window from their apartment, stole money from the apartment and went through the closet during the day while they were at work. They told police the apartment was broken into a month ago also, and only money was stolen. The report was taken at 4:22pm.

n Burglary: A resident of 15300 La Jolla Drive reported someone broke in through a side garage door. The report was taken at 6:12pm.

September 24

n Petty theft: Chevron Gas station on East Dunne Avenue reported two suspects stole cartons of cigarettes valued at $80. The report was taken at 8:41pm.

September 25

n Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her coin purse was stolen from her purse while she was in Jo Ann Fabrics and Crafts. The coin purse contained $35 in cash and an ATM card. The report was taken at 1:34pm.
