Auto burglary
- Cinelux Theaters, Tennant Station shopping center, 6:16pm. A Honda Civic was broken into on July 24 while in the parking lot. A hard drive was stolen.
July 28
Burglary
- Western Recycling, Railroad Avenue, 9:52am. Someone cut the lock of the door to the office at the business and stole approximately $5,000.
Auto burglary
- Via Naretto, noon. A resident reported her locked Subaru Outback was broken into overnight, though there was no sign of forced entry. The navigation system was stolen from the vehicle.
Grand theft
- Village Motors, Church Street, 8:25pm. The owner of the business reported three catalytic converters were stolen from customer vehicles.

Stolen vehicle
- Acacia Mobile Home Park, Monterey Road, 6:43am. A resident reported their Toyota Camry was stolen overnight.
July 30
Vandalism
- Century 21, Sutter Boulevard, 10:43am. Someone fired shots through a window of the business over the weekend. Bullets were found inside the business.
July 31
Burglary
- Donuts N Things, Monterey Road, 9:45am. Someone entered the business overnight through a broken back door. It was not clear at the time of the report if anything was taken from the business.

Jane’s Utopia, Monterey Road, 10:17am. Someone broke into the business overnight by forcing the back door open. It was not clear at the time of the report if anything was taken from the business.
Petty theft
- Safeway grocery store, Tennant Station shopping center, 2:41pm. A suspect stole more than $200 in groceries from the store.
Auto burglary
- 24 Hour Fitness, Tennant Station shopping center, 2:52pm. A club member reported someone broke into her Honda while it was parked behind the movie theater. A purse and a bag were stolen from the Honda.

- Depot Street, 8:54am. A resident reported someone broke into their locked Chevy Tahoe and stole the stereo, speakers and other items.

Vehicle theft
- Julio Rosado, 19, of Soledad Street in Gilroy, 1am, June 26 at Casa de Fruta, for alleged vehicle theft and possession of stolen property. Rosado was found driving a white Volkswagen Jetta stolen June 25 from Los Banos.
Petty theft
- Amber Nichole Olvera, 21, of Hollister, and Jose Mario Montemayor, 27, of Cory Avenue in Morgan Hill, 8:45am, June 19 on Kalana Avenue in Morgan Hill, for alleged petty theft and possession of stolen property.

- Moises Contreras Bravo, no age given, of San Jose, 2:05am, June 23 at the intersection of Monterey Road and Burbank Street in San Martin, on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving without a valid license.

Burglary

A $1,500 laptop and $15,000 worth of jewelry were stolen between 7am and 3:25pm, June 25 from a home on Las Animas Avenue in Gilroy.

Equipment worth $1,450, including a generator, chain saw and air compressor were stolen between 1pm and 3pm, June 20 from Uvas Road in Morgan Hill. Two men were seen leaving the property in a Toyota truck, and are at large.
