- Tilton Avenue, 3:27pm. A resident reported her laptop and iPod were stolen from her garage. The garage doors were closed but not locked, she told police.

Angelica Way, 5:53pm. A resident reported they returned home and found the residence was broken into. A side garage door was pried open. Jewelry and a small amount of cash were stolen.

- Martin Edward Tidwell, 47, of Burbank Street in San Martin, 10:17pm, August 10 at his address, for alleged criminal threats and battery of an elder. Tidwell allegedly pushed his father, causing him to hit his head on an air conditioning unit.
Marijuana
- Emily Kathleen Campbell, 19, of Sunrise Drive in Gilroy, and Joseph Haley, 24, of Earls Court in Gilroy, 2:31pm, August 10 at the intersection of Mount Madonna and Redwood Retreat roads, for alleged possession of marijuana in a vehicle.
Controlled substances
- Scott Craig Hight, 31, a transient, 9:30am, August 13 at the intersection of Monterey Road and Bailey Avenue, for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Driving with a suspended license
- Gary John Nelson, 53, of Stone Mountain, Georgia, 12:30am, August 9 at the intersection of Travel Park Circle and Bolsa Road, on a warrant for allegedly driving with a suspended license.
