  • Vandalism: A Dodge Stealth was vandalized while parked at the Caltrain station on Butterfield Boulevard. A window was shattered. The report was taken at 1:11pm.

  • Threats: A Morgan Hill resident reported a man she knows has been calling her, coming to her residence and threatening her and her family. He also told her that he would be stalking her at work. She said she and her family feel threatened by him. The report was taken at 6:29pm.

Jan. 17

  • Auto burglary: A Comcast employee reported someone broke into his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot. A window was shattered, but nothing was stolen. The report was taken at 12:18am.

  • Burglary: Calderon New and Used Tires on Monterey Road reported someone broke one of the business’s windows and stole wheels and tires. The report was taken at 8:25am.

  • Vandalism: A Watsonville Road resident reported the mailbox’s lock was broken off. The report was taken at 8:25am.

  • Identity theft: Court resident reported there are charges on his credit card that he did not make. The report was taken at 9:58am.

Jan. 18

  • Vandalism: Make It Mine on West Main Avenue reported someone etched graffiti into the business’s windows. The report was taken at 8:28am.

  • Burglary: A DeAnza Court resident reported they were gone for a half hour and came home to find the house ransacked. The suspect(s) apparently came through the rear garage door. The report was taken at 1:12pm.

  • Fraud: A Del Monte Circle resident reported someone used her ATM card number. The report was taken at 6:24pm.

Arrests:

  • Rafael Lopez-Ibarra, 20, was cited and released for allegedly interfering with an officer. The report was taken on Jan. 2 at 11:52pm.
