Grand theft
- Fountain Oaks Drive, 3:10 p.m. A resident reported a generator valued at $500 was stolen from an unlocked shed.
Vandalism
- Oak Creek Park, 5:04 p.m. Several teenagers were vandalizing property in the park.

Windmill Mobile Home Park, San Pedro Avenue, 5:37 p.m. A resident reported his car has been egged several times during the past year. He told police he believes it is a neighbor, but he has no witnesses or proof.
Burglary
- Bent Oak Lane, 6:22 p.m. A resident reported he returned home to find his home had been broken into. A laptop, camera, cash, checkbook and credit cards were stolen, as well as an extra key from under the front doormat.
Nov. 13
Auto burglary
- Landau Court, 11:14 a.m. A resident reported several vehicles in the neighborhood were broken into overnight. At least one stereo was stolen.
Burglary
- Hayloft Court, 1:06 p.m. A resident reported someone got into the house through an open bedroom window and stole jewelry and possibly other items.
Nov. 14
Auto burglary
- Del Monte Village Townhomes, Hale Avenue, 6:54 a.m. A resident reported a Ford Taurus was broken into overnight, and the stereo, CDs and other items were stolen. The resident also reported a neighbor’s vehicle may have also been broken into.
Burglary
- Mission Ranch, Avenida de Los Padres, 7:22 a.m. A house at the construction site was broken into, and copper piping was stolen.
Stolen vehicle
- Jasmine Square Apartments, Monterey Road, 3:12 p.m. A resident reported his Honda Accord was stolen overnight.

Parkway Apartments, Park Way, 3:23 p.m. A resident reported a Honda Civic was stolen overnight.
Grand theft
- Safeway grocery store, Tennant Station shopping center, 6:47 p.m. On Nov. 13, a group of suspects loaded up two shopping carts full of groceries and left the store without paying. The estimated loss is $1,400.

- A 17-year-old, Nov. 10, 6:42 a.m. on Calle Sienna, for alleged assault with a deadly weapon.

Kelton K. Crawford, 39, Nov. 10, 4:32 p.m. on Vineyard Boulevard, for alleged willful harm or injury to a child.

Lawrence R. Vega, 44, Nov. 10, 4:51 p.m. on Cochrane Road, for alleged violation of a restraining order to harass or threaten violence.

Jesus T. Gamino, Jr., 36, Nov. 11, 1:30 a.m. on Highway 101 at Cochrane Road, for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

Sheriff arrests
Under influence of methamphetamine
- Edilberto Arellano Delgado, 25, of the 400 block of East Eighth Street, 2:06 p.m. Nov. 12, near the intersection of Coyote and Cochrane roads in Morgan Hill for being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The deputy found Delgado on top of a blue vehicle in the parking lot of Anderson Lake Park.

Renea Christina Tebo, 27, of Tuscon, Ariz., 10:02 a.m. Nov. 11, near the intersection of Monterey Road and Masten Avenue for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Tebo-who was confused and disoriented-flagged the deputy down and asked for help, then admitted to using methamphetamine two days earlier.
Criminal threats
- David Paul Clark, 41, of Uvas Road near Wallace Place in Morgan Hill, 12:57 p.m. Nov. 11, at his residence for criminal threats, false imprisonment, intimidation of a victim and knowingly violating a protective order. Clark, when arguing with his girlfriend, told her she could not leave the house, took the phone away and threatened to cut himself if she called police.
Evading a peace officer
- Adauto Aguilar Galvan, 19, of Campbell, 9:45 p.m. Nov. 8, near the intersection of Monterey Highway and Rucker Avenue for evading a peace officer, driving at an unsafe speed and driving without a license. A deputy clocked Galvan as traveling at 77 mph in a 50-mph zone. When the deputy put on his sirens, Galvan accelerated to 110 mph, ran through seven stop signs and passed vehicles on the right-hand shoulder. However, the deputy eventually caught Galvan in the driveway on Lawrence Court.

Driving under the influence
- James Todd Duarte, 33, of the 16900 block of Del Monte Avenue in Morgan Hill, 2 a.m. Nov. 9, near the intersection of Del Monte and Dunne avenues for driving under the influence.

Recovered stolen vehicle
- A deputy found a white 2004 Mazda pickup truck, reported stolen out of Gilroy, in the parking lot of a shopping center near the intersection of Monterey and Bolsa roads, 11:50 p.m. Nov. 11. The suspect or suspects had broken a window to gain entry and vandalized it afterward.
Identity theft
- A man found he was the victim of identity theft when he was notified by two different collection agencies that he owed money for bounced checks. The checks were from a bank account in his name that he never opened.
Burglary
- A jar containing $250 in bills and coins and a $100 bill on a kitchen counter were stolen from a residential trailer in a construction yard on Monterey Highway near Coyote Road, between 6:45 a.m and 2:20 p.m. Nov. 7. The suspect or suspects climbed over a six-foot fence with barbed wire and pried open the trailer’s front door.

Cabinets and drawers of a residence near the intersection of New Avenue and Roop Road were ransacked, between 10:30 a.m. Nov. 5 and 2:55 p.m. Nov. 6. The owners were on vacation when the suspect or suspects pried open the front door and searched the house.
Grand theft
- A water pump valued at $1,000 was stolen from a construction site on Highway 152 near its intersection with San Felipe Road, between 5 p.m. Nov. 3 and 7 a.m. Nov. 5.
Vandalism
- The front window of Camping World, 13575 Sycamore Avenue, was shattered, between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 5 and 5:45 a.m. Nov. 6.
