• Petty theft: Ross Dress for Less in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center reported a male and a female suspect shoplifted items from the store. The store manager gave police a description of the suspects and the vehicle in which they left the shopping center. The store also has surveillance cameras. The report was taken at 6:35pm.
• Petty theft: Someone reported their cell phone was stolen from Sobrato High School last fall, and they started noticing charges to the phone in mid-July. The report was taken at 8:44pm.

• Vandalism: A resident of Calle Caballeria Court reported a window of their vehicle was broken out while the vehicle was parked at the residence. The report was taken at 11:19am.
• Vandalism: A resident of East Main Avenue reported someone shattered a window of her vehicle overnight. The report was taken at 12:20pm.
• Petty theft: A Live Oak High student reported a cell phone was stolen from their locker. The report was taken at 1:38pm.
• Threats: A resident of Sword Dancer Court reported she received many calls over several days, escalating in their content. The suspect is telling her that he loves her, wants to marry her, wants to come to her house, etc. The report was taken at 6:11pm.
• Battery: A resident of Crystal Drive reported her husband and a neighbor were verbally fighting, and then the neighbor hit her husband. She told police the neighbor was drunk, and he was mad because he thought her husband was cutting trees and dropping them on his yard. The report was taken at 7:17pm.

• Petty theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported her wallet containing her driver’s license, credit cards, ATM card and $250 in cash was stolen from Target in the Cochrane Plaza shopping center. She told police she last saw the wallet on the counter at the check-out when she paid. The report was taken at 8:41am.
• Grand theft: A resident of Holiday Drive reported someone broke the railing of his deck and attempted to steal his grill, which is valued at $1,000. He told police the grill was still on the deck, but had been pulled off its platform. The report was taken at 9:15am.
• Arrest: Erick J. Robles, 19, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail on charges of battery. The report was taken at 2:27pm.
n Brandishing: An 11-year-old boy was taken to Juvenile Hall after a fight with his mother. According to his mother, he was “being verbal” with her, and she took a cord to hit him with, but he grabbed a knife and chased her around the house with it. He then left the residence and was running around the apartment complex. The report was taken at 8:08pm.
