Grand theft
- Hill Haven Mobile Home Park, Monterey Road, 2:40pm. A resident reported someone stole change from the coin box on one of the washing machines in the common laundry area and attempted to do the same on a second machine. The loss is estimated to be $500.
Vandalism
- Village Avante Apartment Homes, Cosmo Avenue, 11:23pm. A resident reported a downstairs window was broken.
May 27
Petty theft
- Extended Stay America, Jarvis Drive, 10:38am. A guest at the hotel reported someone stole diesel fuel from their big rig truck while it was in the parking lot overnight.
Grand theft
- Live Oak High School, East Main Avenue, 2:12pm. Three vending machines on campus were broken into, and money was stolen. A drill was used to open the machines.
May 28
Stolen vehicle
- The Ford Store, Condit Road, 4:08pm. An SUV was stolen from the dealership during the weekend.
May 29
Petty theft
- Valero, Monterey Road, 6:17am. Someone stole the gas price sign from the Valero gas station overnight.

Monterey Road, 7:26am. A resident reported her roommate stole approximately $150 from her purse.

Ross Dress for Less, Cochrane Plaza shopping center, 6:10pm. A customer reported her purse was stolen from a dressing room in the store on May 25.
Vandalism
- Value Business Products, Monterey Road, 2:33pm. A window of a vehicle parked in the lot was shattered.
Fraud
- Johnson Lumber Ace Hardware, Tennant Avenue, 3:01pm. The business reported a $1,500 loss due to fraudulent use of a credit card.

Auto burglary
- San Ramon Drive, 8:27am. A resident reported their Mustang was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and an iPod, iPod transmitter and other items were stolen.
Grand theft
- Ponderosa Court, 5:05pm. A resident reported her gun was stolen from her house.
June 1
Fraud
- Wells Fargo Bank, Monterey Road, 11:41am. A customer reported someone took $49.95 out of her account via a telephone check.

Fast Stop food store, Monterey Road, 5:10pm. A customer cashed a stolen check for $2,016.

- Mushroom Mardi Gras, Downtown Morgan Hill, 2:26pm. A resident reported her cell phone was stolen from the side of her purse while she was at the festival.

- Keystone Avenue, 7:48am. A resident reported someone shattered a window of their Honda Accord overnight, but nothing was stolen from the vehicle.
