n Suspicious circumstances: A resident of John Telfer Drive reported a Nissan Pathfinder was resting up against a tree in his front yard, and the back window of the Pathfinder was broken, and the stereo was missing. The report was taken at 7:11am.
n Vandalism: Best Western Country Inn on Condit Road reported a guest “destroyed” a room, put holes in the walls, damaged the bathroom door and other damage. The report was taken at 10:31am.
n Identity theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported their credit card was used online between Sept. 25 and Sept. 28, for three charges. The report was taken at 10:40am.
n Petty theft: A resident of Hidden Meadows on West Dunne Avenue reported their mailbox was damaged, and mail was stolen. The report was taken at 10:47am.
n Petty theft: A resident of Nob Hill Manor on Viewcrest Lane reported mail was stolen from their mailbox some time over the weekend, and the mailbox was damaged. The report was taken at 12:19pm.

n Vandalism: A resident of Bayo Claros Circle reported their son was swimming in the community pool and saw a black truck pull up to their home, and someone threw something on the roof, breaking a skylight. The report was taken at 7:17pm.
