influence: Ignacio Oseguera, 23, of San Jose was cited and
released. The report was taken on Feb. 28 at 11:31 p.m.
• Moises Quintero, 52, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. He
was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in a
vehicle. The report was taken at 7:40 p.m. on March 2.

Arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence: Ignacio Oseguera, 23, of San Jose was cited and released. The report was taken on Feb. 28 at 11:31 p.m.

• Moises Quintero, 52, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. The report was taken at 7:40 p.m. on March 2.

• Richard P. Rafter, 67, of Gilroy was cited and released. He was also charged with driving without a license and without insurance. The report was taken on March 6 at 8:12 p.m.

• Tony M. Marez, 48, of Gilroy was cited and released. He was also charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license. In the same incident, Manuel D. Aragon, 39, of San Jose and Steve J. Mendoza, 46, of San Jose were cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 11:03 p.m. on March 7.

• Ronald D. Montes, 54, of Salinas was cited and released. The report was taken on March 9 at 9:25 p.m.

• Rose L. Montes, 58, of Morgan Hill was cited and released.

Assault with a deadly weapon: A 15-year-old San Jose female was cited and released after an incident at Britton Middle School. The incident was gang related. The report was taken on March 8 at 11:20 a.m.

Arrests and citations: Mason J. Heeg, 21, of San Jose was taken to county jail charged with willfully resisting, delaying or obstructing an officer as an officer served him with an outstanding warrant. The report was taken on Feb. 27 at 12:22 a.m.

• Robert S. Eckett, 71, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 6:28 p.m. on March 1.

• Lindsey R. Ledesma, 18, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with reckless driving. The report was taken on March 2 at 11:30 a.m.

• David M. June, 42, of Santa Cruz was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 3:42 p.m. on March 3.

• Eric L. Figueroa, 25, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with indecent exposure. The report was taken on March 5 at 1:58 p.m.

• Paula J. Schvaneveldt, 45, of Pleasanton was cited and released charged with petty theft. The report was taken at 5:33 p.m. on March 5.

• Jose G. Solis, 57, of Gilroy was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on March 7 at 2:58 p.m.

• A 16-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with possession of marijuana at school. The incident occurred at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 1:08 p.m. on March 8.

• Juan J. Ramon, 19, was cited and released charged with driving without a license, no proof of insurance, no identification and unsafe turning after an accident at Spring and Del Monte. Jonathan D. Kobobel, 18, of Morgan Hill was also cited and released on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving out of class and no proof of insurance. The report was taken on March 8 at 2:52 p.m.

• Sara Lavaro, 26, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with petty theft and possession of stolen property. The report was taken at 3:49 p.m. on March 8.

• Holly A. Wemsley, 18, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with residential burglary. The report was taken on March 10 at 1:18 p.m.

• Eric D. Ganzler, 38, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license and having an expired registration. The report was taken at 1:32 p.m. on March 13.

• Lawrence F. Briscoe, 24, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with driving on a suspended license with priors and refusing to obey and officer. The report was taken on March 13 at 4:09 p.m.

• Susan M. Simpson, 48, of Milpitas was taken to county jail charged with theft of a firearm, vandalism and petty theft. The report was taken at 11:09 p.m. on March 13.

• Miguel A. Presencion, 19, of Morgan Hill, Raymond A. Molina, 19, of Morgan Hill and David M. Vazquez, 18, of Morgan Hill were taken to county jail charged with commercial burglary after incidents at Mervyn’s and Target. A 16-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with commercial burglary in the same incident. The report was taken on March 14 at 8:04 p.m.

• A 16-year-old San Jose male was cited and released charged with possession of marijuana at school. The incident occurred at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 7:59 a.m. on March 16.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: Stephen S. Ortiz, Sr., 42, of Morgan Hill and Sonny L. Casillas, 23, of Morgan Hill were cited and released. Ortiz was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The report was taken on Feb. 29 at 11:07 p.m.

• Alan W. Lopez, 25, of San Jose was cited and released. The report was taken at 9:39 p.m. on March 8.

• Jeremy R. Bomar, 27, of Gilroy was cited and released. The report was taken on March 9 at 10:03 p.m.

Vandalism: A resident of the 1600 block of Llagas Road reported someone crashed into her fence and knocked it down. She told police there are still pieces of the vehicle in her yard. The report was taken at 10 a.m. on April 12.

• A resident of the 400 block of Diana Avenue reported someone “keyed” her car overnight. The report was taken on April 12 at 2:32 p.m.

Identity theft: A Morgan Hill resident reported over 13 accounts had been opened in her name by someone else. The report was taken on April 5 at 2:22 p.m.

• A resident of Encino Drive reported someone opened an account in the resident’s name. The report was taken at 3:49 p.m. on April 5.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported his nephew used his name and “now has $10,000.” The report was taken on April 9 at 11:16 a.m.

Stolen vehicle: A resident of West Fifth Street reported his Eagle Talon was stolen overnight. The report was taken on April 3 at 7:59 a.m.

• A Dodge pickup was stolen from the Mt. Madonna YMCA between March 30 and April 5. The report was taken at 2:14 p.m. on April 5.

• A Chevy S10 was stolen from a residence on East Fifth Street the day before. The vehicle owner has a suspect in mind. The report was taken on April 5 at 4:30 p.m.

• A resident of the Cochrane Village Apartments reported the resident’s Honda Prelude was stolen overnight. The report was taken at 5:59 a.m. on April 13.

Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of East Edmundson Avenue reported the rear license plate was stolen from his Honda Accord overnight. The report was taken on April 4 at 9:21 a.m.

• An employee of Putnam Logistics reported the rear license plate from his Ford Taurus was stolen two weeks earlier. The report was taken at 1:08 p.m. on April 5.

• A resident of Cochrane Village Apartments reported someone placed a jack under her Honda Civic and stole the right rear tire from the vehicle. The report was taken on April 9 at 6:29 a.m.

• A resident of the 500 block of Farallon Drive reported the rear license plate was stolen from the resident’s vehicle. The report was taken at 11:54 a.m. on April 13.

• A resident of the 600 block of Claremont Drive reported her rear license plate was stolen from her Ford Explorer overnight. The report was taken on April 14 at 6:47 a.m.

Grand theft: Kragen Auto Parts reported two males came into the store, one of them distracted the clerk while the other took a go cart. The report was taken on April 4 at 8:22 p.m.

• Verizon reported items were stolen over the weekend from several company vehicles and a shed. The report was taken at 7:31 a.m. on April 12.

Petty theft: A resident of La Crosse Drive reported a bike valued at approximately $200-300 was taken from the residence on March 30 or 31. The report was taken on April 1 at 2:11 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her wallet was stolen from her purse while she was at the library. The report was taken at 5:44 p.m. on April 5.

• A cell phone was stolen approximately one month earlier from Britton Middle School. The report was taken on April 7 at 2:29 p.m.

• A downtown employee reported seeing two juveniles throw a bike over the embankment, then coming back later to get the bike. South Valley Bike reported a bike was stolen while one of two juveniles was ordering parts. The report was taken at 6:16 p.m. on April 9.

• Chevron reported a male stole a pack of cigarettes. The report was taken on April 10 at 3 a.m.
