Local veterans and their families, as well as grateful residents of Morgan Hill, gathered to remember and say thanks to veterans who died in service on Memorial Day.

The remembrance ceremony took place at the First Street Veterans Memorial in downtown Morgan Hill. The events were organized by local resident Eddie Bowers, a U.S. Army veteran who served in the Vietnam war.
