Survivors include his wife, Minnie Olvera; children David P. Olvera, Pete Olvera Jr., Ana Maria Lee, Edward Olvera, Cynthia MacNeil-Perez, Jesus Olvera and Victor Olvera; 10 grandchildren; and sisters Petra and Angela.
Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at Johnson Funeral Home. The Funeral mass will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Catherines Church with intermite to follow at Mt. Hope Cemetary, Morgan Hill. Arragements handled by Johnson Funeral Home.
