If you're like most people, today you're probably getting back to your regular routine after the three-day weekend. 

Along about this time before each election our phone begins to ring. Having been thrice nominated for the state legislature and having been privileged to share my ballot picks in this column for several decades, many ask for my suggestions.

I'm sharing more of my June primary ballot votes, this time on two measures that aren't receiving much attention.

So here we are, at the end of May. Does anybody remember last August? I don't know what happened, but even with two and a half weeks left of the 2005-06 school year, there are still activites floating around Live Oak.
