Carl Hamilton, 83, died April 4, 2007 at Pacific Hills Manor in Morgan Hills, CA after a long period of declining health. He was born October 8, 1923 in Laconia, New Hampshire, the son of William G and Mildred (Joyal) Hamilton. Mr. Hamilton was a graduate of Laconia High School in 1941. He served in the US Army during WWII in the Asian-Pacific Theatre. He also served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was a life member of the American Legion and the VFW in Laconia. He moved his family to California and enjoyed a 23 year career with Rockwell International in El Segundo, CA. He was very active with the Little League Organization, Boy Scouts, and a long-time Elks and Moose member. Survivors include his wife, Kazuko Hamilton; daughters, Christina Mariani, Dianna Hamilton, Nina Birch; sons, Bryan Hamilton and Kevin Hamilton. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Mass of The Resurrection will be held June 11th, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Immaculate Conception Church, 7290 Airline Highway, Tres Pinos to which friends are invited. Private interment has been held at San Juan District Cemetery. Carla Hendershot was a native of Alhambra, CA and had moved to San Benito County 35 years ago from Santa Clara County where she had been a secretary for Our Lady of Peace; St. Martins; and St. Maria Goretti Catholic Parishes for a period of 20 years. For 16 years, she was a seasonal employee for the State Park System in San Juan Bautista, after moving here. Her memberships included the Native Daughters of The Golden West (just received her 50 year pin); the San Benito Co. and Hollister Historical Societies, and the Old Mission San Juan Bautista. She was the last of her family, but she is survived by many good friends in Hollister and San Juan Bautista. Memorials are preferred to the St. Francis Retreat Building Fund c/o the mortuary chapel.

Robert A. Moulthrop leaves behind his mother Margaret, wife Stephani, sisters Laura and Jennie, his best friend Peppy and thousands of friends who loved him.

Funeral Services August 2nd, 2013, at 10:00 A.M., at Saint Mary's Church and burial services to follow at Gavilan Cemetery.

Entered into rest peacefully at home on March 15, 2009 at the age of 80. He was the beloved husband of Julia Cuevas for 54 years. Loving Godfather of Jesse Martinez; dearest brother of Juan, Miguel & Nocencio "Blackie" Cuevas; dear uncle to numerous nieces & nephews. He will be missed by his special and loyal dog, Baby. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Gilroy.

HAZEL SCOTT CRONIN CONNERY, born 7/6/15 in Whitney, SD and a resident of Gilroy, died peacefully surrounded by family on 4/3/09. She was a highly adored daughter, sister, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. Predeceased by husbands Patrick Cronin and Charles Connery and daughter Maeve Cronin-Williams. Hazel will be sadly missed by her children Deirdre (late Hugh) Saracino, Eileen (late Daniel) Cuevas, Kevin (Gail) Cronin, Kathleen Cronin (Sean Maffett), Joan Cronin (Sean Dempsey), and Coemella Cronin (John Wilson), and her loving sister Ruth. Loving Grandma to 19, Great-Grandma to 6 and Auntie to many nieces and nephews. Despite life's many challenges, Hazel remained unflappable, gracious, positive, and patient. Her garden and home were reflections of her character. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, Gilroy, Thursday, 4/9/09, 10:00 A.M.
