Gordon W. Tibbs, Sr.
Gordon W. Tibbs, Sr., entered into rest at his Hollister home. He was born in Los Angeles and lived in Hollister for over 50 years moving here from Tracy. He and his wife, Maxine, were married in 1952 in San Luis Obispo. He received his bachelors and masters degrees from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and taught at San Benito High School for over 20 years in the Ag Department. He retired in 1975. He served his country honorably in the US Navy and was a member of California Ag Teachers Association and was state president and a member of their hall of fame. He was also a member of the California Retired Teachers Association. He enjoyed traveling in his motor home and did woodcarving. He also attended Calvary Baptist Church and Grace Bible Church in Hollister.

Born in Gilroy, CA January 10, 1947, died unexpectedly on March 1, 2017 in Lafayette, LA. where he lived since 1993. Preceded in death by his parents Wallace and Helen (Chabot) Colt, he is survived by his sister Marianne Peoples (David), Gilroy; niece Stacey Rosati (Michael) and nephew Ethan Rosati, Salt Lake City and many Colt, Chabot and Caswell cousins. Mass in the chapel at St Mary Church in Gilroy at 11:00am on April 6, 2017 will be followed by a graveside service at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park. Margaret Buchanan Terry
Margaret Buchanan Terry, of Morgan Hill, went to her Lord peacefully in her sleep on June 23, 2007. Margaret was born in Decatur, Alabama, on August 21, 1921. She and her husband brought their four children to California and lived in San Jose where their fifth child was born before moving to Morgan Hill. She was very active with the First Baptist Church on Main Street and was the treasurer for many years. She was also an Avon Lady for 48 years.

May J. Barry, 87, longtime Hollister resident passed away peacefully August 22nd, 2012, in her home. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas F. Barry, her parents Hattie and Lee Weatherly, and siblings Haldon Weatherly, Arthur Weatherly, Ralph Weatherly, Dorothy Kelly, and Edith Blohm.She is survived by her brothers Laurence Weatherly and John Weatherly; her three children Tom (Donna) Barry, Susan (John) Glass, Margie (Topper) Ghione; her grandchildren Geoff Barry, Susanna Barry, Joanna Glass, Johnny Glass, Billy Glass, Tricia Glass, Chris Ghione, Kelley Johnson, Jessica Williams, and Greg Ghione; and her great-grandchildren Gavin Barry, Zane Smith, Zac Barry, Madison Kilgore, Connor Ghione, Emma Ghione, Jayce Johnson, Mason Williams and Paisley Williams.
