On behalf of the students and teachers in grades 1-3 at Jackson School, I would like to express our appreciation to Hamdy AlTayyeb, owner of “My Pizza,” for his generous support of our efforts in education. Hamdy provided pizza in the last two weeks of the school year for 13 classrooms of students who achieved goals established by their teachers. He believes that students need to make the effort to improve themselves and thereby become better and contributing members of the community. Students who did enjoyed delicious pizza.

Hamdy was also very supportive of the community field trip my class took on June 4. He welcomed us with open arms to his business establishment, explained the pizza-making process and then fed us lunch. Again, he was most generous.

Morgan Hill is fortunate to have strong supporters of education such as Hamdey. The Students and teachers at Jackson are appreciative of Hamdy and his business “My Pizza.”
