Morgan Hill – The Morgan Hill Police Officers Association will be hosting a fun-filled evening of basketball tonight at 7:30 at the Crossroads Christian School gym (145 Wright Ave.) when Morgan Hill police officers take on NFL alumni in the fifth annual benefit game.
Gary Plummer, Dana McLemore, Mervin Fernandez and John Paye will join other former NFL celebrities as they challenge the Morgan Hill Blue Knights.
“We welcome the community to come support the event,” program coordinator Gary Soucy said. “We appreciate the help the community has shown.”
Soucy said the event has been a huge success in the past because of the help from the community.
“We want to extend a major thanks to the business sector and residents for the help they’ve shown,” Soucy said.
Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the door. The doors open at 6:30pm and concessions are expected to be available.
