Downtown Townhouses: As part of the city’s plan to beef up downtown housing density, the council will consider approving a subdivision for 134 townhouses clustered into 20 buildings on six acres at the corner of Butterfield Boulevard and Main Avenue. The project site includes the old Morgan Hill Flea Market property.

Courthouse Garden: The board will review landscape plans for a one-acre garden adjacent east of the railroad tracks between the South County Courthouse and the Clara parking lot. The garden will feature drought-resistant native plants and adorn a pedestrian path from the train station to the new courthouse.
