Why does it cost $50,000 or more to determine who was spying on Ed Tewes, our city manager, when he was attending the League of California Cities meeting this past February in Huntington Beach?
An itemized statement showing all expenses should be made public. After all, we as residents are paying for this and have the right to see the details of these expenditures.
