Racking up the first place score was the U.S. Department of Energy’s SWAT team, according to Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Rick Sung. The San Francisco Police Department’s SWAT team came in second, and the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office took third place. Officer Joe Scott of the U.S. Department of Energy was named the ‘Top Gun’ out of about 250 individual competitors.
