I would like to take a moment and thank the hard-working police officers in our community. After our daughter’s vehicle was left in the farmers’ market parking lot on Depot Street, a police officer came to our home at 5:40am to give us an opportunity to move the car before it was going to be towed at 6:30am. The Morgan Hill Police Department did not have to come to our home and inform us; they could have just towed the vehicle.
Even though this may seem like a small kindness on behalf of the Morgan Hill Police Department, it saved our family a great deal of money and inconvenience.
