Leonard Priest of Morgan Hill died at home Saturday, Feb. 19,
2005. He was born Jan. 15, 1915, in Sutton Bay, Mich. Leonard
brought his family to Morgan Hill in 1953 where he was a masonry
contractor for 22 years before retiring in 1975.

Leonard brought his family to Morgan Hill in 1953 where he was a masonry contractor for 22 years before retiring in 1975.
He was a member of Kiwanis, SIRS, St. Catherine Church andp past master of the Morgan Hill Grange. He will always be remembered as a fierce competitor who loved golf, bowling, horseshoes, bridge and the San Francisco Giants. To know him was to love him.
He will be fondly remembered by his loving wife of 64 years, Jane; son Leonard Jr. (Sue) grandchildren Sharyl Eichhorn, Allan Priest, Jodi Priest, Joshua Priest, Mitchell Priest; 11 great-grandchildren; and sister Rita Kiessel of Suttons Bay, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his son Victor in 1977. Arrangements are pending. Internment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to St. Catherine School, 17500 Peak Ave., Morgan Hill, CA 95037.
