There is somebody who remembers Kleine Schule or “KS” what we called it when I was a student there from 1980-82 when I graduated from Live Oak High School.
The Kleine Schule programme was really unique. It was like studying at a university. You studied on your own or in groups (team work) at your on pace. We had fantastic teachers who really motivated us and who gave us a lot of self confidence and we needed to be very disciplined to reach our goals.
I don’t think many left because it was so much fun learning. I would like to take this opportunity and say “thank you” to my former teachers and “hello” to all my classmates from 1980-1982. If you still live in Morgan Hill many greetings to you from Daniela om Munich, Germany.
Lots of greetings also to Wes Rolley, who let me remember one of the best times of my life in his recent column in the Morgan Hill Times – when I lived on Santa Teresa Boulevard and went to school in Morgan Hill.
