Visitation will be Saturday, April 18, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at Habing Family Funeral Home, Gilroy. Followed by a Funeral Mass at 2:00 P.M., at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Gavilan Hills Memorial Park, Gilroy.

Jay Patrich Marlowe, on April 4, 2015, went to live with his Heavenly Father.
Jay was born in Gilroy, CA on July 2, 1957.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Marlowe and his parents, James and Patricia Marlowe, all from Gilroy.
He is survived by his wife, Marcia, his children; Marielle, Jay Jr., Jennifer, granddaughter, Allison and his brother, Jim Marlowe.
Growing up, Jay was a very athletic boy who participated in cross country and track and field. He graduated from San Diego State University and then joined the United States Army, the Navy and UNSNR. Afterwards he became an English teacher where he touched the lives of many of his students.
Jay was a very loving and caring husband, father and brother. He loved his family and friends.
You were our beloved father, husband, friend and teacher, we will always love and remember you eternally.
