War, terrorism, crime, violent protesting. Now more than ever we must protect ourselves.
America is a government: of the people, by the people and for the people.
The Second Amendment gives us power to protect ourselves. It states “A well regulated Militia, being necessary for a free state, the right for the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
Each household, family, and person must always be diligent and realize that we are all part of The American Militia and if we want to be free we must protect and regulate ourselves.
We have been brainwashed to the extent that we think, “Big Brother will take care of us.”
The Sept. 11 disaster would have never happened if we realized that we are a government of the people. This means that the people on the planes should have realized that they are the well-regulated militia and it was there job to fight the terrorists right then and there.
All there knee-jerk rules and regulations that are taking away our liberty are wrong. The government says that these rules and regulations are helping us, but they are wrong.
I’m a senior lady of color and my parents taught me that it is our job to protect our family and after 65 years I still feel the same.
