To help struggling families, the nonprofit asks for diapers, baby wipes, children’s books, children’s socks, hats and mittens, grocery gift cards, space heaters and new blankets.

Asking for nonperishable food items for St. Catherine’s on-site food bank Reach Out

Morgan Hill Unified

Send canned goods to any school in the district, partnering with Kiwanis Club

Christmas baskets will be given to needy Morgan Hill families

Deadline to give is Dec. 17; baskets will be distributed Dec. 18

Nordstrom Elementary

Students are donating to a district-wide food drive, as well as a Toys for Tots Drive and a blanket drive for Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford.

Drop off unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots; call the school office at 201-6440 for how to help with the blanket drive

Jackson Elementary

Jackson is collecting canned foods for Second Harvest Food Bank; class with the most donations wins a pizza party

Leave donations in a barrel near the front entrance of the school

Reuter’s Family & Friends

The Reuter family is asking for money donations to purchase bicycles for children and adults
