Dear Editor,

I just got home a few minutes ago. What usually takes me 15 minutes took me over half an hour.

I live in Morgan Hill and work in Gilroy. The continued projects on 101 have been a real pain, to put it mildly.

Just a few of my complaints include: The rude drivers who think it’s alright to bully their way in at the last second while the rest of us were waiting patiently in the lanes that were not being closed.

The lack of road signs clearly telling where and when the road will be closed.

I live off of East Dunne and on several occasions had to drive to Cochrane because there were no signs saying Dunne was blocked off until after I had already past Tennant. The bumps on the off and on ramps have really shaken my car up, some of them have been huge.

I know that the road needs a lot of work, but from someone who works until 9pm most nights the last thing I want to deal with is dangerous road conditions with no warnings and horrible drivers all around me.
