Heritage Bank of Commerce, the operating bank of Heritage Commerce Corp., has hired Pete C. Lopez to serve as vice president of business development. Lopez brings more than 10 years of entrepreneurial banking experience in and around the Bay Area to Heritage Bank of Commerce.
“We anticipate Pete will be an important part of our growth in the communities we serve,” stated Ray Parker, executive vice president banking division. “He has built an enviable list of contacts in the local community and his talents will help bring new business customers our way.”
Lopez was vice president client manager of business development with Bank of America serving Silicon Valley. His primary duties there included generating new customers and cross-selling them on a full range of banking products.
