The Morgan Hill Unified School District is launching a free, public pre-kindergarten or “Preppy K” program. This program will provide younger students with a year of kindergarten readiness that is developmentally appropriate before entering kindergarten.
This class will be taught by a highly qualified credentialed teacher and is part of a two-year kinder program.
If you have a child is turning 5-years-old between September 1 and December 2 this year, MHUSD asks that you attend an informational meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at El Toro School, 455 E. Main Ave.
Pre-registration papers will be available at this meeting, your local school and at the district office, 15600 Concord Circle. This Preppy K meeting will be presented in English and Spanish.

Transicion al Kindergarten
El distrito escolar unificado de Morgan Hill está introduciendo el programa de transicion al kindergarten para proporcionar a los pequenos de kindergarten una preparacion al kindergarten que está desarrollada apropiadamente y preparará mejor a estos ninos para su exito una vez que entren al kindergarten.
Esta clase se impartirá por un maestro acreditado.
Si su nino cumple los 5 anos entre el 1ero de julio y el 2 de diciembre acompánenos en la junta informativa.
Los documentos de pre-inscripcion estarán disponibles en esta junta y despues en las oficinas del distrito y en todas las escuelas primarias de Morgan Hill.
