Frances Noto died Dec. 17, 2003, in San Jose. She was born Aug.
28, 1912. Frances was a longtime resident of Morgan Hill as well as
being a lifetime resident of Santa Clara County. She will be
greatly missed by all those who knew her.

She is survived by daughters: Angie (Jack) Whitson, Pauline (Robert) Levin and Joie (Donald) Cowell; grandchildren Gregory (Ruth) Whitson, Jeffrey Whitson and helpmate Attoie Ala Lie, Terri (David) Opell, David (Sophia) Levin, Andrew Noto, Christopher (Tracy) Cowell, Timothy Cowell; and great-grandchildren Jaclyn Whitson, Aaron Opell and Marley Opell.
Frances was preceeded in death by both her loving and devoted husband Joseph Noto and her dear child Sal Noto.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 22, at Johnson Funeral Home with a Rosary Service at 11 a.m. A graveside service will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Gilroy.
