Fay A. Robinson, born March 7, 1920, in Tulsa, Okla., died at a
skilled nursing facility in Carmichael on Aug. 12, 2004, from
complications of diabetes.

She had lived in Sonora for four years and previously lived in San Martin for 43 years. Fay was devoted to her family, friends and the San Martin Presbyterian Church.
She was a member of the San Martin Presbyterian Church for many years and has requested, in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the church, P.O. Box 230, San Martin, CA 95046, or Satellite Dialysis – Sonora, c/o David Peters, 136 E. Columbia Way, Sonora, Ca 95370.
She is survived by her husband of 64 years, George W. Robinson of Sonora; son Thomas A. Robinson of San Jose; daughters Patricia A. Lappert of Santa Clara, Geraldine M. Cameron; and son-in-law Charles Cameron of Sonora, Lois F. Palma; and son-in-law Jim Palma of Anthem, Ariz.; mother-in-law Marva Simpson of Sonora; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law Bethel and Joe Hennigan of Groveland; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, sisters Gladys McGowen of Antioch and Ramona Willoughby; and brother-in-law Leigh Willoughby of Springfield, Va.
All are invited to a visitation tonight, Aug. 17, from 6:30-8:30pm. Funeral services will be held at Johnson Funeral Home at 10am, Wednesday, Aug. 18. Interment will follow at Gavilan Hills Cemetery in Gilroy.
