He was the loving father of Janie and her husband Armando Torres, Rosalinda Corrales, Robert Corrales and Sylvia and her husband Julio Velasquez; grandfather of Yolanda Martinez, Vivian Martinez Armando Torres Jr., Aaron Russell Torres, Rodney (Maria) Villarreal, Michelle (Lorenzo) Ochoa, John Greg Rodriguez, Stephanie Rodriguez, Gabriel Anthony Ortega, Elizabeth Corrales, Robert Corrales Jr., Robert Corrales III, Nicky Renee Corrales, Cristiane Corrales, Rose (Carlos) Castaneda, Samantha (Carlos) Casteneda Jr., Julie (Mike) Alejos, Mathew, Christian, Mark Alejos, Julian (Dianza) Velasquez, Destiny (Amanda) Velasquez, Diane (Ruben) Mermea, Tiffany (Ruben) Mermea, Jr.; great-grandfather of Nathen (Samera) Villarreal, Chrisphter, Christina Castillo, Brook Ashlyn Ochoa, Isac, Zirene Johndrea Rodriquez, Josiah Rodriquez and Amaris Guerra, Destiny (Jesse) Corrales; brother of John Corrales; and longtime companion of Margaret Leahy. He also is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Monday, March 15, at Habing Family Funeral Home in Gilroy.
