Monterey Road was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money on
Saturday.
The Wells Fargo Bank in the Downtown at East Main Avenue and Monterey Road was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money on Saturday.

According to Morgan Hill Police Lt. Joe Sampson, a bank teller reported at 1:50pm that an Asian man, aged 25-30, gave a note to a teller stating he had a gun. No gun was seen.

The suspect walked out the north door of the bank. It was not known if he had a vehicle waiting or if he fled on foot. Sampson said more information about the suspect will be available when the bank turns over its surveillance tapes. No one was injured in the robbery.
