the state and have been amazed at the willingness of so many people
to work together to restore better leadership to our state Gov.
Davis and his political hacks have been trying to portray this
recall drive as a Republican-only affair
. But Davis lied to all Californians when he corruptly hid the
seriousness, size, and scope of the budget deficit facing the state
during his re-election effort. Now he is facing the wrath of all
Californians.

Gov. Davis and his political hacks have been trying to portray this recall drive as a Republican-only affair. But Davis lied to all Californians when he corruptly hid the seriousness, size, and scope of the budget deficit facing the state during his re-election effort. Now he is facing the wrath of all Californians.
Davis knew that if voters knew the true extent of the budget crisis, they wouldn’t have ever re-elected him. Now voters know about the massive tax increases and dramatic cuts to education, health care, police and fire protection and now they know he lied to us.
We will qualify this effort as a broad coalition from the left to the right of the political spectrum, and Davis will this time face an electorate that knows the truth.
