Fraud: A Morgan Hill resident reported her stolen credit card has been used at various locations. The report was taken on Sept. 28 at 6:24 p.m.

Battery: Burnett Elementary School reported a sixth-grade special education attacked his teacher and injured her arm. The student allegedly has a history of aggression and the teacher is fearful. The report was taken on Sept. 25 at 12:03 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her 15-year-old son was jumped by suspects in the area of Main and Crest avenues. The son reportedly knows the suspects who punched him and threatened him. The report was taken at 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 26.

Auto burglary: A Morgan Hill resident reported her white gold hoop diamond earrings were stolen from her unlocked vehicle while it was parked at Walgreens two weeks prior to her reporting the incident. The report was taken on Sept. 23 at 2:42 p.m.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported someone cut the top of her Mustang overnight while it was parked at the Cochrane Chevron and stole items from the vehicle. The report was taken at 12;08 p.m. on Sept. 26.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her vehicle was parked in the parking lot at Mervyn’s overnight with the hatch unlocked. A computer hard drive, a workout bag, a planner and cell phone were stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken on Sept. 27 at 10:40 a.m.

Robbery: The owner of a business on West Main Avenue reported someone came into the store and robbed her, taking two jackets. The report was taken on Sept. 23 at 3:23 p.m.

Rape: A Live Oak High student reported an incident of sexual battery that occurred during the school day. The report was taken on Sept. 23 at 3:19 p.m.

Burglary: A resident of the 18100 block of Monterey Road reported the residence had been entered through the kitchen window and many items were stolen from the home. The report was taken on Sept. 25 at 2:29 p.m.

• A resident of the Windmill Mobile Home Park reported someone broke into his locked trailer, breaking the door down to enter. Several items were stolen from the residence. The report was taken at 10:01 a.m. on Sept. 27.

Vandalism: The Arts Scene reported graffiti in red paint on the front door of the business. The report was taken on Sept. 23 at 8:42 a.m.

• Gavilan College reported graffiti in red paint on the building. The report was taken at 12:59 p.m. on Sept. 23.

• A motorhome parked on East Dunne Avenue overnight was hit with paintballs. The report was taken on Sept. 28 at 1:42 p.m.

Stolen vehicle: A Morgan Hill resident reported his Audi was stolen from the parking lot at the Albertson’s grocery store where it was parked for two hours. The resident told police he believes the vehicle was locked. The report was taken on Sept. 24 at 8:08 p.m.

Tampering with a vehicle: A resident of the 16700 block of San Luis Way reported the rear license plate was stolen from the rear of a Honda Civic overnight. The report was taken on Sept. 24 at 1:50 p.m.
