Annual Haru Matsuri festival Sunday

The Morgan Hill Buddhist Community Center will host the 52nd annual Haru Matsuri event along with the 16th Annual Northern California Taiko Expo from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 15. It will include cultural and historical displays, martial arts and Tai Chi demonstrations, Asian cuisine, and of course, lots of Taiko.

Morgan Hill volunteers help police serve citizens

On Sunday evening, March 25, about 150 people gathered at Morgan Hill’s Crossroads Christian Center. They were attending a vigil service in honor of 15-year-old Sierra LaMar, a Morgan Hill resident who had mysteriously disappeared on her way to Sobrato High School more than a week before.
