In a Dec. 8 story about a woman suffering paralysis, it is syndicated Los Angeles radio personality Eduardo Sotelo who is seeking to raise funds on Elisa Arredondo’s behalf so she might buy a new van with a wheelchair lift that could be worth up to $65,000.
