Gavilan looking for golfers
Gavilan College head golf coach Scott Krause is looking for golfers to join the Rams for their 2004 season.
The golf season starts on Jan 15 with the first tournament on the schedule for Feb. 9.

hollister heat tryouts
Tryouts for the Hollister Heat “A” league girls softball traveling team for ages 12, 14 and 16 will be held on Jan. 10 at the Heat field at Veterans Memorial Park in Hollister.
Tryout times are as follows: 12 and under, 10 a.m.; 14 and under, noon; and, 16 and under, 2 p.m.

Morgan Hill Pony Baseball will hold Spring 2004 signups for ages 5-16 on two upcoming Saturdays.
Signups will be at Mountain Mike’s Pizza (Tennant Station/Monterey Rd. ) at noon – 2 p.m. on Jan. 10 and Jan. 17.

junior warriors basketball
The Boys and Girls South Valley Junior Warriors Basketball League will begin January 3-March 6. All sessions are on Saturdays. Registration will continue through Jan. 3. Early bird special is $100 if paid by Dec. 19.
