There will be sessions for all Pinto through Pony Division players. Budding high school players are also invited.
The workouts will involve light conditioning and throwing. All workouts will be supervised by select coaches and former local high school and college players. All sessions are free and will be held rain or shine. Players should wear baseball attire and sneakers and carry their baseball shoes and equipment.
Those parents interested in coaching or managing a team in MHPB this year are encouraged to attend these sessions also. League representatives will be going over how to conduct practices and what drills coaches should be teaching at each age level.
