1. Bring your preschooler to the library to enjoy storytime with former Morgan Hill Librarian Davi Evans.

2. Bring your first through fifth to the library for drop-in crafts with Dennise Weidenhoffer, Morgan Hill children’s librarian extraordinaire. Drop in crafts 2-4 p.m..

3. Get your face (or your child’s face) painted by volunteers from the Morgan Hill Youth Advisory Commission. Face painting 2-4 p.m.

4. Get a balloon animal made by volunteers from the MorganHill Youth Advisory Commission. Balloon animals 2-4 p.m.

5. Take a musical stroll down memory lane with the AAUW Chorus, singing songs from the decades 1900 to 2000. Sing-a-Long at 12:30pm.

6. Take a tour of the library, including “behind the scenes” staff areas. Tours at 11 a.m., noon, 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

7. Try out the self-check machine. Ask the clerks at the checkout desk to help. All day, everyday.

8. Beat your fear of the computer catalog by getting a demonstration of the catalog and databases. Every hour on the half hour, all day except 12:30 p.m. (You will be singing-a-long at that time.)

9. Visit the Friends of the Library Booksale in the meeting room. Open 10 a.m. to 5p.m.

10. Introduce yourself to the library staff: share your memories of the library; ask us questions about the library; tell us what you like about the library; share your thoughts about the new library.
