Drew Johnson of Sobrato named No. 2 at 132 pounds
MORGAN HILL — Steven Fernandez has been named the top seed at 154 pounds for Saturday’s Blossom Valley Athletic League Finals.
The Live Oak senior is one of several Morgan Hill wrestlers in good position to compete for placing in the 24-team tournament, which begins at 9:15 a.m. at Live Oak High.
Sobrato senior Drew Johnson is seeded No. 2 at 132 pounds, and junior teammates Steven Simmons and Gustavo Ramirez are Nos. 3-4 at 137 and 287 pounds, respectively. Ryan Brewer, another senior Bulldog, is seeded fourth at 154 pounds.
