History: In early 2007, Mitsie B. Smith and Mary L. Wagle, president and vice president, respectively, formed a new commercial management company. The women are seasoned property and construction management professionals. The women met at a Commercial Real Estate Women conference several years ago and formed a friendship which then became the business.

The company helps clients reduce operating expenses by leveraging service contracts and reducing vacancies. The business also offers construction management for property owners and tenants, control of the property or construction budget and schedules, tenant retention to minimize downtime due to turnover, interface with other brokers to guarantee that vacancies get the proper attention and vendor management to provide high quality service at the lowest possible cost.
Philosophy: The women are driven by their belief in the power of teamwork.
