Boys Hoops: Live Oak’s Laguna leads local BVAL honorees

Live Oak High swingman Luke Laguna has been named Blossom Valley Athletic League West Valley Division Junior of the Year, the league announced.

Laguna led the Acorns (10-14) with 15 points per game this season.

Live Oak senior forward Eddie Plascencia received first-team all-league honors, and senior guard Andrew Poonia was named to the second team.

Sobrato landed junior center Karl Mann on the BVAL Santa Teresa Division second team.
