Services: Bikram Yoga Morgan Hill is an official hot yoga studio certified by the Bikram Yoga College of India. Bikram Yoga is the original Hot Yoga which utilizes a specified set sequence of 26 beginner Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room for 90 minutes. We offer a complete system of wellness, restoration and rejuvenation. Each posture stretches, strengthens, and prepares the body to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, joint, organ, gland, and system of the body in perfect order. The heat increases blood circulation, elevating metabolism and detoxification. BYMH is a warm and inviting place to learn how to build strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, muscle tone and reduce stress. At BYMH, you’ll revitalize and re-energize every cell of your body and your mind.

History: BYMH opened on October 1, 2011. This studio is built with state-of-the-art flooring, HVAC & ventilation systems that maintain a clean and sanitary hot yoga environment.
