Gabrielle Gamez, a resident of Morgan Hill, participated in the National Youth leadership Forum on Law in Washington D.C. Feb. 14-19. Gamez, 15, is a freshman at Monte Vista Christian School in Watsonville and was nominated based on her academic achievement, leadership ability and interest in the profession of law. She joined other high school students from across the country. The highlights of the program included preparation and participation in a mock trial and shadowing attorneys at work in the D.C area.
