The Morgan Hill Swim Club has been named a bronze medal club by
USA Swimming in its Club Excellence Program for the 2003-2004
season.
The Morgan Hill Swim Club has been named a bronze medal club by USA Swimming in its Club Excellence Program for the 2003-2004 season. Only 94 teams across the country have earned to right to use this designation for the upcoming season.

The only other local team to earn this designation was perennial powerhouse Santa Clara Swim Club, placing eighth in silver medal division with 9,118 FINA power points.

The Makos placed fifth in the bronze division with 2,512 points. This is the first time that the Morgan Hill Swim Club has achieved this level of recognition.

The Makos, the second oldest swim team in Santa Clara County, are in their 41st straight year of representing Morgan Hill in USA Swimming. Swimming and master’s water polo programs are offered for individuals of all abilities aged 5 to 80. Details: 782-0088, or go to www.morganhillmakos.com.
