Accident: Jasdir Sandhu, 41, of San Jose, was taken by ambulance to Saint Louise Regional Hospital Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly failed to yield the right of way at Hale and Mira Monte avenues and was hit by another car.

Sandhy’s minivan collided with a minivan registered to the Morgan Hill School District and driven by Vera Elizabeth Gomes, 43, of Morgan Hill. Neither vehicle was carrying passengers, said California Highway Patrol Officer Terry Mayes.

Gomes complained of pain but did not go to the hospital.

Fraud: A resident of Washington state called Morgan Hill police to report an employee at local pizzaria is using her name and social security number. The report was taken at 6:25 p.m. on Nov. 9.

Battery: A 19-year-old San Jose male was taken to county jail charged with domestic violence. The report was taken on Oct. 25 at 6:09 p.m.

• A 40-year-old Morgan Hill male was taken to county jail charged with domestic violence. The report was taken at 11:31 p.m. on Oct. 25.

• A 22-year-old Morgan Hill female was taken to county jail charged with domestic violence. The report was taken on Oct. 26 at 10:38 a.m.

• A 38-year-old Morgan Hill female was taken to county jail charged with domestic violence. In the same incident, a 15-year-old Morgan Hill female was cited and released charged with battery. The report was taken 10:57 p.m. on Oct. 26.

• A 35-year-old Morgan Hill female was taken to county jail charged with spousal battery. The report was taken on Nov. 1 at 8:49 p.m.

• A 25-year-old Morgan Hill female was taken to county jail charged with spousal battery. The report was taken at 4:58 p.m. on Nov. 2.

• A 35-year-old Morgan Hill male was cited and released charged with spousal battery. He was also charged with suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. The report was taken on Nov. 4. at 9:08 p.m.

Auto burglary: A resident of Wright Avenue reported the rear license plate was stolen from the resident’s vehicle. The report was taken on Nov. 11 at 9:11 p.m.

Arrests and citations: Javier F. Maldonado, 27, of Gilroy was cited and released charged with prowling and resisting arrest. The report was taken on Oct. 23 at 5:02 a.m.

• Estevan Lizarraga, 22, of Morgan Hill was cited and released on suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken at 12:08 a.m. on Oct. 27.

• Five Britton Middle School students were cited and released charged with vandalism and resisting or delaying an officer after an incident at Galvan Park; four 13-year-old Morgan Hill females and one 14-year-old San Martin female. The report was taken on Oct. 28 at 9:22 a.m.

• Marina R. Piona, 37, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with assault with a deadly weapon. She allegedly brandished a knife and threw several beer bottles at the victim. The report was taken at 5:46 p.m. on Oct. 29.

• Michael J. Benson, 44, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with suspicion of being drunk in public. The report was taken on Oct. 30 at 3:18 p.m.

• Two 16-year-old San Jose females were cited and released charged with fighting in public. A 17-year-old Morgan Hill female was also cited and released charged with battery and possession of alcohol under 21 after an incident at Live Oak High School. The report was taken at 1:08 p.m. on Oct. 31.

• Samuel J. Belagso, 22, of Morgan Hill was cited and released charged with embezzlement. Starbucks was named as the victim. He was also charged with grand theft and theft with priors. The report was taken on Oct. 31 at 4:16 p.m.

• Miguel Rubio, 22, of Morgan Hill was taken to county jail charged with assault with a deadly weapon on an officer. Multiple large objects were used as weapons. He was also charged with resisting arrest and vandalism. The report was taken at 1:41 a.m. on Nov. 2.

Arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance: James W. Wiley, 40, of Gilroy was taken to county jail. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and peeping after he was found looking into windows at the Inn at Morgan Hill. The report was taken on Oct. 15 at 12:50 p.m.

• Two 13-year-old Morgan Hill females, both Britton Middle School students, were cited and released. They were also charged with curfew violation. The report was taken at 1:41 a.m. on Oct. 19.

• Isaac M. Chapa, 19, of Gilroy was cited and released. He was also charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license, giving false information to an officer and driving an unsafe vehicle. The report was taken on Oct. 20 at 7:42 a.m.

• Vanessa D. Torres, 23, of San Jose was taken to county jail. She was also charged with theft. The report was taken at 9:08 p.m. on Nov. 4.

Arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence: Raul Jaime, 34, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. The report was taken on Oct. 26 at 10:57 p.m.

• Tiodoro Alcazar-Chavez, 38, of San Jose was cited and released. He was also charged with driving without a license and hit and run. The report was taken at 4:58 p.m. on Nov. 2.

• Jon A. Clonts, 31, of Morgan Hill was cited and released. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license and driving on the wrong side of the road. The report was taken on Nov. 3 at 6:36 a.m.
