The Chilipeppers will now prepare for San Diego’s Nike Surf Cup, where they will match up with the best teams across the United States in the U11 girls division. The team will play teams from Southern California, Hawaii, and Massachusetts as well as their Nor Cal rival – Danville’s Mustang Blast. The Danville coaches, who have been to the Surf Cup many times with older teams feel this may be the first time two Northern California teams meet in the final, with the Peppers taking on the Blast.
