The Santa Clara Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross has named Arra Yerganian chairman of the board of directors.
Yerganian is senior vice president of strategic operational and organizational development at Lennar Corporation and former division president at ulte Homes. Lenar is one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Before that, he served as president and chief executive officer oat Switchouse. He also held positions at Proctor & Gamble, the Dial and Atari.
In his regional management capacity, he will be responsible for all marketing activities, community service and communication efforts, supply chain management, quality initiatives, recruiting, training and development for the $2 billion region with approximately 1,000 associates.
Arra holds a bachelor of science degree in international marketing and operations management from Boston University and completed executive education studies at the Harvard Business School in strategic marketing management.
